End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PDF Converter app for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the PDF Converter app to:

• Convert files between supported formats for legitimate purposes
• Process your own files or files you have permission to convert
• Use the app on devices you own or control
• Create backups of converted files for personal use

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use the app for illegal activities or to process copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or usage limitations
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app
• Use the app to create competing products or services

4. File Processing

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for the content of files you upload for conversion
• You have the necessary rights to process and convert the files you submit
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of your files
• File processing is provided "as-is" without guarantees of perfect conversion quality

5. Premium Features

Some features may require a premium subscription:

• Premium subscriptions are billed according to the terms disclosed at purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policy
• Premium features are subject to fair use policies

6. Intellectual Property

The PDF Converter app, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete all copies.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update the app and this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
